A few weeks ago, Lancor Motores Eléctricos had the pleasure of opening its doors to several organizations that are part of the Corporate Rebels cell in Spain, an international community of companies and professionals that explore and practice new ways of managing organizations, putting people at the center and questioning traditional models of leadership and work.
The visit is part of a collaborative relationship that Lancor has maintained for more than a year with Corporate Rebels, based on strong synergies between both visions and a shared conviction: the most humane, participatory and transparent organizations are also the most sustainable, innovative and competitive.
A space to share real experiences
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to learn first-hand how Lancor is organized, how decisions are made, how co-responsibility is promoted and what role trust, self-management and transparency play in the company’s day-to-day operations.
Far from being a theoretical session, the visit was conceived as a space for open and honest exchange, where learning, challenges, mistakes and real progress were shared. A format consistent with the spirit of Corporate Rebels: learning from practice and the live experience of organizations.
An organizational culture aligned with NERgroup
Lancor’s organizational model is based on the experience gained by being part of NERgroup, a business ecosystem that promotes a new relational style based on values such as:
- Trust and transparency
- Self-management and distributed leadership
- Shared information
- Long-term orientation
- Balance between results and people’s wellbeing
Thanks to this model, Lancor has been evolving towards a more horizontal, participative and adaptable organization, where people play an active role in decision-making and in the continuous improvement of the company.
During the visit, concrete examples were shared of how these principles are translated into real practices, from work organization to economic management, customer and supplier relations or the development of internal talent.
Learning together for continuous improvement
One of the main objectives of these meetings is to continue learning together. For Lancor, opening its processes and culture to other organizations is not only an exercise in transparency, but also a key source of learning.
Feedback, questions and experiences shared with other companies allow us to identify new opportunities for improvement, contrast approaches and continue to evolve the organizational model in favor of:
- Sustainability of the business project
- Involvement and development of people
- The ability to adapt to changing environments
This approach connects directly with the philosophy of Corporate Rebels, which acts as a global collective learning platform for organizations that want to work differently.
A community driving change
The visit reinforces the importance of creating and strengthening networks of organizations that are committed to more humane and conscious models. Both Lancor, NERgroup and Corporate Rebels share the idea that organizational change is not built alone, but through dialogue, collaboration and shared continuous improvement.
In an increasingly complex industrial and business context, these initiatives demonstrate that another way of organizing is possible, even in industrial environments, and that putting people at the center is a strategic decision, not just a cultural one.
Looking to the future
Lancor will continue to actively participate in this type of learning and collaboration spaces, convinced that the future of organizations depends on models that are more open, responsible and aligned with people.
We thank the Corporate Rebels Spain community for their visit, their reflections and their open attitude, and we look forward to continuing to build together paths that contribute to more coherent, innovative and humane organizations.
