Lancor receives the XXIII Marcelo Gangoiti Award
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Lancor received last Friday, January 18, the XXIII Marcelo Gangoiti Award at the Vocational Training Center of Somorrostro. The award, which recognizes companies that are committed to job creation, investment and economic or environmental revitalization in the environment of the Left Bank and the Mining Area, is promoted by the training center itself, the Provincial Council, the SPRI and CEBEK.
The jury of the award has granted the distinction to our company in recognition of its history of innovation and diversification to adapt to new market needs. Unai Mendikote, general coordinator of Lancor thanked for the award and recalled “the transformation” that the company has undergone, whose origins date back to 1943 when it moved from Zorrozaurre to the El Campillo industrial estate in Gallarta and became a cooperative. “This award reflects the merit of the 93 people who today make up the Lancor project,” he said.
