Last Thursday, February 6, in Madrid, Lancor – Electric Motors attended the VII Conference of the Observatory of Industrial Anticipation and General Assembly of the Association of Companies of Components for Elevators (AECAE), marking our first participation as an associate member of this organization.
đą This forum allowed us to listen to leading companies in the sector and discuss crucial issues such as productivity, technology, regulations, innovation management and business synergies.
đ Our assessment could not be more positive: this meeting made it clear to us that the future is full of challenges, but also of opportunities if we bet on the collaborative ecosystem as a working methodology.
As pointed out by Eugenio Barroso GarcĂa Leyaristy, president of AECAE, collaboration requires practice and, in many occasions, a cultural change.
At LANCOR, we are ready to face this challenge and be an active part of this change.
đ€ Thanks to the speakers:
JosĂ© MarĂa Compagni Morales, Eugenio Barroso GarcĂa Leyaristy, Rafael FernĂĄndez FernĂĄndez FernĂĄndez, Florencio Chacartegui GĂłmez, Manuel Angel Royo PĂ©rez, Jorge RiobĂł Iglesias , Ana BelĂ©n Piazuelo, Luz LĂłpez Palacios.
