Last May, part of the Lancor Motores Eléctricos team traveled to Seville to visit our colleagues from INDAERO, who are starting their journey within the NER Group. This day was a unique opportunity to share experiences, learnings and strengthen ties around a different way of understanding the company.
Representing Lancor, José Luis Femia and Jorge Carrasco participated in this first expedition, bringing the experience accumulated since our incorporation to the New Relationship Style, an organizational model based on self-management, transparency and shared purpose.
During the meeting, open and sincere spaces for conversation were generated, where common concerns were addressed and the commitment to a more humane, collaborative and sustainable business culture was reaffirmed.
