🔵 PRC 2025: New year, new shared challenges
As we do every year, at Lancor we have presented our Common Challenges Plan (CRP) to the entire team – a roadmap outlining the strategic actions that will guide our production efforts throughout 2025.
The presentation took place at the Abanto Technology Park auditorium, where our team also had the opportunity to visit our new offices, now fully operational and already driving strategic initiatives.
The event was led by our General Coordinator, Jabi Salcedo, together with Production Coordinator, Javier Dosuna, and the facilitators from the customer line teams of ELC. It was a day filled with camaraderie, shared purpose and high motivation to bring this strategic plan to life.
At Lancor, we strongly believe that sharing our direction strengthens unity and maximizes results. The PRC 2025 empowers us to continue evolving, expanding our reach and reinforcing the collaborative management model that defines who we are.
