🧠🗨️ Sharing knowledge and building the future at Mondragon Unibertsitatea
Our colleagues Ander B. and José Luis Femia utrera recently visited the Bilbao ASFabrik campus of Mondragon Unibertsitatea to give a talk to students in the Global Digital Humanities degree program, as part of the module “New Organisational Cultures for Changing Societies”.
Over two hours of engaging and enriching conversation, we reflected together with the students on the relational and organisational styles that define us at Lancor.
We discussed how we build a corporate culture based on collaboration, innovation, and human commitment – values that form the foundation of our organizational model.
❤️ The exchange was truly inspiring. Seeing how new generations explore the impact of technology, culture, and organisations on the world of work motivates us to continue sharing and learning.
Additionally, in a follow-up session, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students to our headquarters, where they could experience firsthand how we work at Lancor.
A special thanks to Ion Lezeta and Rita Aldabaldetreku Gonzalez de Txabarri for making this shared learning space possible.
📢 At Lancor, we firmly believe that opening our doors to shared knowledge is the best way to continue growing – as an organization and as a society.
